Yes. DEWA must be connected and switched on. Our equipment runs on mains power and deep steam cleaning needs a water supply, so without electricity and water we cannot work.
This matters most for move-in, handover and post-construction jobs, where DEWA activation is sometimes still pending. Please confirm it is on before your appointment so the visit does not have to be rescheduled.
