Fiza Prime Cleaning Services is a Dubai-based cleaning company, licensed to operate in Dubai, serving homes and residential properties across many Dubai communities.
Our service focus is deliberately narrow: deep cleaning and upholstery steam cleaning are our principal specialisms, supported by carpet, mattress, curtain, villa, handover and post-construction cleaning.
Dubai’s fine dust, sand, humidity and high-traffic living conditions place particular demands on homes and soft furnishings. Our methods are selected with those local conditions in mind.

We Assess First
Every job starts with an assessment. Depending on the service, this may be completed through the information and photographs you provide or through an on-site inspection before the final scope and price are confirmed.
We Agree the Scope
You know what is included and what is not before the team arrives, because accurate pricing depends on the property, condition, access and agreed scope. Surprises at the end of a job are a failure of communication, not a normal part of the service.
We Do the Work Properly
Methods and products are selected against the surface in front of us, not applied uniformly across every job.
We Check It With You
We inspect the completed work with you and address reasonable concerns before the team leaves.

Our cleaning teams are vetted as part of the hiring process and trained in the methods required for the services they carry out.
Deep cleaning, upholstery deep steam cleaning and post-construction work require different methods, equipment and handling.
Upholstery, carpet and mattress cleaning use related deep steam methods and can often be combined during one scheduled visit, subject to scope and minimum-booking requirements.

Equipment and Products
We use carefully selected professional cleaning products, chosen for the surface being treated rather than bought as a single all-purpose solution.
We use professional deep steam equipment for suitable upholstery, carpets and mattresses, and appropriate filtered vacuuming equipment for fine post-construction dust. Where a product could affect a fabric or finish, it is tested on a discreet area first.
Where a job genuinely needs a trade we do not offer — mechanical scraping, specialist chemical treatment, mould remediation, pest control — we explain that the work requires an appropriate specialist rather than risk damaging the surface or finish.
Where We Work
We serve residential communities across Dubai, subject to scheduling and operational coverage. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, message us and we will tell you honestly rather than take a booking we cannot service well.
