Billing & Payment — Full payment is required before your first scheduled visit; subsequent calendar-month packages are payable before the month begins. Prices exclude 5% VAT, which is added to your invoice. Your package is valid only for the calendar month stated in your booking — unused visits expire at month-end and cannot be carried forward.
Materials — When Fiza Prime provides materials (+ AED 10/hr), this covers eco-friendly cleaning products, mop and bucket, microfibre cloths and a vacuum cleaner. Need more than two visits per week? Tell us your preferred schedule and we will check availability.

FAQs
What cleaning materials and equipment are included?
You can choose whether to provide your own materials or have Fiza Prime provide them. The surcharge is AED 10 per booked hour — AED 30 extra on a 3-hour visit, AED 40 on a 4-hour visit. This covers eco-friendly cleaning products, mop and bucket, microfibre cloths and a vacuum cleaner. If you have any surface sensitivities or preferences, mention them on the form.
Can I choose my cleaning days and time?
Yes — you choose your preferred days and time, and we confirm whether those slots are available before finalising your plan. Once agreed, visits repeat on the same days each week. If you need to move a visit, contact us and we will try to accommodate a change, subject to availability.
Will I have the same cleaner every visit?
Yes — you are assigned one female cleaner for your regular visits. If she is unavailable due to leave or illness, we contact you to agree a replacement or an alternative arrangement.
How is payment handled?
Full payment is required before your first scheduled visit; subsequent calendar-month packages are payable before the month begins. Prices shown are per visit and exclude VAT — 5% VAT is added to your invoice. What if I need to reschedule or cancel a visit?
Please give 24 hours' notice to move a visit at no charge. Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled within the same calendar month. To end your monthly arrangement, 30 days' written notice is required. WhatsApp us with any changes.
Is this a deep clean?
No. This is routine maintenance cleaning — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, bed-making and tidying. Deep cleaning is a more intensive separate service. Upholstery steam cleaning for sofas, mattresses and carpets is also separate. We can quote for either alongside your monthly plan — mention it on the form.
