Post-construction cleaning is not an ordinary deep clean. Fine gypsum, cement, MDF and tile-cutting particles settle on ledges, inside tracks and across newly installed finishes. When is the site ready for cleaning?
The best time to begin is after the main trades have finished and the site is safe to access. If drilling, sanding, cutting or painting continues during or after the clean, more dust and residue will be produced.

What is normally excluded?
